Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The inspection and the written quote cost nothing, and there is no obligation to have any work done.
What do I get afterwards?
Photographs of what we found and a plain explanation of what they mean. If work is needed you also get a written quote; if it is not, we will say so.
Can you inspect a house I am about to buy?
Yes, and it is a good idea. Knowing whether a roof has two years or twenty left is worth having before you sign.
How long does it take?
Usually about half an hour for an average house, longer for something large or complicated.
