Roof replacement
A new roof, built from the deck up.
Old roof off, wood checked and repaired, then a complete new system on — usually inside one to three days.
Roof replacement
What a replacement actually involves.
A roof is not one product, it is five or six working together.
The old material comes off so the deck can be inspected. Everything above it then goes back new.
Membrane, underlayment, starter, field shingles, hip and ridge, flashing, venting — that is the difference between a roof that lasts and one that only looks new.
- Tear-off to the deck so soft or rotten sheathing is found and replaced.
- Ice and water shield at the eaves, valleys and every penetration.
- Ridge venting sized for the attic, not just whatever was there before.
- Landscaping tarped, magnet sweep before we leave.

Roof replacement
Houses, garages and manufactured homes.
Steep, low-pitch, long and narrow, or a garage on its own — we quote it the same way and build it the same way.
Questions
Roof replacement, answered.
How long does a full replacement take?
Most houses are a one- to three-day job. Size, pitch and how much decking needs replacing are what move it.
Do I have to tear off, or can you go over the old shingles?
A layover is occasionally the right call, but it hides the deck and shortens the life of the new roof. We will tell you honestly which one your house should have and why.
What happens if you find rotten wood?
We show you, and replace it. Decking is the one thing nobody can price exactly before the old roof is off, so we agree how it is handled before we start — never as a surprise at the end.
Do you handle the old roof and the mess?
Yes. Everything that comes off leaves with us the same day, the drive and lawn get a magnet sweep, and the gutters are cleared of debris before we go.
